Georgia's gas tax suspension has ended now. Gov. Brian Kemp extended the suspension through Wednesday, Jan.11 to help Georgian's save money at the pump. The average price in March, when the suspension went into effect, was $4.26/gallon. The average price now is $2.78/gallon, and the savings amounted to almost $100 for the average driver.
