WALTON COUNTY, GA (Dec. 19, 2024) – The Walton County Sheriff's Office (WCSO) continues to seek leads in connection with a shooting incident that occurred early Saturday morning on Anslee Court in Loganville. As the investigation remains active, authorities are renewing their appeal to the public for assistance. Maj. Scott Whisnant, public information official for WCSO, confirmed that the incident took place in the early hours of Saturday, December 14. "We received reports of gunfire in the Anslee Court area of Loganville between midnight and 1:30 a.m.," Whisnant stated. "Our investigation revealed that multiple rounds were fired, believed to be from a parked vehicle. Several of these rounds struck a residence and vehicles parked in a specific driveway. The WCSO is urging anyone with information or camera footage from the area during the specified timeframe to come forward. Residents and businesses in the vicinity of Anslee Court are asked to review any security camera recordings that might aid in the investigation.
